Junior Coach
We're recruiting for junior coaches who are looking for a fun part time job and that are keen to gain some experience in coaching sport and working with children.
Your Role Would Include:

Providing a safe and fun environment for the children to enjoy whilst at club.

Supporting our team to deliver different sessions of activities.

Being a positive role model for the children you coach.

Ensuring behaviour policies are followed.
-
Supporting the children where required.
-
Supporting other junior coaches where required.
*This is a self employed role for work during the school holidays.
Junior Coach REQUIREMENTS

Confident to coach a group of children alone or with a colleague.

Enhanced DBS already held or able to pass an enhanced DBS check.

Able to work as part of a team.

Able to deliver activities in a creative and exciting way.

Basic safeguarding knowledge but training will be provided.

Able to use initiative and make quick decisions.
-
Must be a good timekeeper.

Good organisation skills.
-
Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
-
A driving licence and access to a car is desirable but not essential.
-
Flexibility around work location and time.
-
Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
